To build a vibrant community of families and staff through positive communication and working in cooperation to achieve the mission of Bynum School.

What is AFT?

The Association of Families and Teachers (AFT) is composed of parents and family members who work together with the faculty, staff, and administration of the school. The governing body of AFT consists of elected parent volunteers.

Who is a Member of AFT?

Every family of a Bynum School student and every staff member is a member of the AFT. There are no annual dues required for membership.

What are some of the things AFT will sponsor this year?

• New Family Welcome program
• Annual meeting dinner
• Annual poinsettia sale fundraiser
• Bynum School yearbook
• Staff Appreciation events
• T-shirt/polo fundraisers
• School lunch fundraisers
• Organizing volunteers for other school events
