Director of Accounting and Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred;
    CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred

  • Proven experience in accounting or finance leadership, preferably in a nonprofit setting

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights

  • Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to ethical financial stewardship

  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and work effectively with a Board of Directors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Work, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in adult or transition programming

  • Demonstrated expertise in 18+ programming, including vocational training, job coaching, and community-based instruction

  • Ability to design, implement, and continuously improve person-centered programs that promote independence and quality of life

  • Experience supervising and developing instructional and support staff

  • College education preferred with experience in data entry and database management

  • Prior nonprofit or development office experience is a plus

Special Education Teacher
  • Work cooperatively with all staff

  • Experience in special education or a related field

  • Ability to lift and position students

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid Texas driver’s license

Office Manager
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred with prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role

  • Experience with basic accounting and HR support functions, including workers’ compensation, Texas Workforce Commission, and FMLA administration

  • Nonprofit experience preferred

  • Highly organized professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and daily office operations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • Proven ability to maintain confidential records and sensitive information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record-keeping systems

  • Experience coordinating vendors, facilities needs, and IT support

  • Skilled in supporting employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and general HR processes
